The Coca‑Cola Christmas Truck Tour – When is it coming to London, and what to expect

The Coca-Cola Christmas tour for 2021 will make nationwide visits, including London. Here is what to expect from this year’s much anticipated Christmas truck tour.

What is the Coca Cola Christmas Truck Tour

The iconic UK Coca Cola Christmas Tour started in 2010 as a celebration of the Christmas holiday festivities. The Coca Cola company has announced that the much-anticipated truck tour will take place this year after it was postponed last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The truck tour was inspired by the 1995 ‘Holidays are coming’ advert created by WB Doner to mark the beginning of the Christmas festivities.

The 2021 Coca Cola Christmas Truck Tour dates and stops in London

The 2021 Coca-Cola Christmas truck will start in Glasgow, Scotland, 24-25 November before making several visits across various cities. So far, it has made visits to Leeds, Castleford, Sheffield and Manchester. Coca-Cola is keeping the tour dates close to their chests, giving regular updates on the websites and social media accounts. They are aiming to maintain an element of festive magic by making surprise visits to cities with little notice. In previous years, London has been the final destination for the tour. Therefore, if you want to know when they will visit London, check up on their website and social media pages regularly so you cannot be left behind.

What to expect from this year’s truck tour

The tour is always a significant attraction wherever it visits. Locals queue up to receive a free Zero Sugar Coke soda and take pictures with the iconic truck. During its last tour in 2019, visitors could also purchase a pack of 250ml Coca-Cola glasses and have them personalised with their names. This year’s tour could feature as many as 40 stops across the UK, with Coca-Cola aiming to make as many stops across the UK as it can.
